The Role

Zed’s top priority is to deliver a premium customer experience that sets the standard for digital financial services in the region. As our first Customer Experience hire, you will be an essential interface between our customers and operations, compliance, product, design and engineering teams. This isn’t a standard customer support role. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with leadership across functions as we define and iterate our customer success playbook.
